Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our pricing plans and features
What can I do on the free Starter plan?
Everything. AI-assisted drafting, Slack and Jira integration, approval workflows, auto-propagation — the full experience. The only limits are 10 Decision Diffs per month, 5 team members, and 30 days of audit history. We want you to feel the magic before you decide to scale it.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your workspace settings. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and billing is prorated. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does the Slack + Jira integration work?
Meetless installs as a Slack app and a Jira Connect app. When a scope change is captured in Slack (via message shortcut or slash command), Meetless creates a Decision Diff, routes approvals via Slack DMs, and on approval automatically propagates the change back to linked Jira issues as comments and labels. Engineers see the latest diff status directly in the Jira issue panel.
What does "auto-propagation" mean?
When a Decision Diff is approved, Meetless automatically updates all downstream systems — posting a summary to the origin Slack thread, adding a comment to linked Jira issues, and updating labels/fields. This means engineering and QA always see the latest approved scope, without anyone manually copy-pasting between tools.
