By accessing or using Meetless ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Meetless is a change governance platform for product delivery. It detects scope changes across PRDs, tickets, and communication channels, generates Decision Diffs, routes them for approval, and propagates approved changes to connected tools. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and integrations with third-party platforms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"), including Decision Diffs, comments, and approval records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira, Confluence). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Meetless and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meetless harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
